📋 Description

• Sales of technical plastics within the specified sales territory • Lead responsibility: You take ownership of leads throughout the entire sales cycle and systematically execute all related sales process activities • Pipeline management: You build a balanced pipeline of tactical opportunities and strategic engagements • Market research and analysis: You conduct research and collect market data and intelligence to analyze short- and long-term trends. You use these analyses to develop marketing and sales plans • Product life-cycle analysis: You analyze product life cycles and market trends to secure and expand the product's competitive position • Network building: You establish and maintain close, personal, and collaborative relationships with customers and build a strong network within the sales territory • Trend monitoring: You track and follow the latest trends in the plastics industry to ensure we remain at the pulse of the market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, engineering, chemistry, or a related field • In-depth product knowledge of technical plastics • Passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships • You easily identify customer needs and develop solutions for them using our broad product portfolio • Proven experience in B2B sales • Ideally, you also have experience in the plastics, electrical, or automotive industry (Tier 2) • You enjoy being 'on the road' and view regular travel within your sales territory as an enriching part of your work • You love tracking new trends in your market • You like to work independently in your sales territory while being a team player when collaborating with colleagues • Good German and solid English language skills complete your profile
