• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients strategically, acting as the primary point of contact and being responsible for account satisfaction, retention and expansion • Conduct a structured onboarding for new clients, ensuring rapid and efficient adoption of the solution • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base, directly contributing to recurring revenue • Define, monitor and evolve success metrics (health score, NPS, adoption, churn, time-to-value) customized for each account • Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and periodic follow-up meetings with clients • Translate customer feedback, pain points and challenges into structured inputs for product, engineering and other internal teams • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing the roadmap and prioritization with stakeholders • Build and execute action plans for at-risk accounts, proactively anticipating churn scenarios • Document processes, playbooks and best practices to scale the Customer Success operation • Collaborate with sales, product, support and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and integrated customer journey
• Solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar roles in a B2B environment • Proven track record managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, expansion and satisfaction • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards and making data-driven decisions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with different seniority levels and stakeholder profiles • Proactive, ownership mindset, autonomy and a results-oriented approach • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
