📋 Description

• Client Acquisition: Identify target accounts, build rapport, qualify opportunities, and secure profitable engagements with new clients. • Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and strategic stakeholders. • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a predictable pipeline of qualified leads and accounts, reporting sales metrics to leadership. • Proposal Development: Collaborate on proposals and presentations tailored to address each prospect’s needs. • Negotiation: Negotiate agreements with clients to secure new business engagements. • Sales Coaching: Track and enhance business development mindsets and skills in the team. • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs. • Brand Promotion: Attend industry events and promote the company’s visibility and credibility. • Onboarding New Engagements: Ensure smooth transitions for new clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or an applicable field. • Minimum five (5) years of experience in organized business development, consultative sales, or a related role. • Experience in a growing professional services firm (legal, accounting, engineering, financial, project management, etc.) preferred. • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving aggressive sales targets. • Excellent listening, inquiry, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Trustworthy, empathetic, and ability to build strong and enduring relationships. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Ability to approach daily responsibilities with strategic focus and disciplined execution. • Proficiency in using systems, including Monday CRM software and Microsoft Office 365 Suite, preferred.
