Description
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to leads provided by the company. • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs. • Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing their interest. • Cultivate relationships with potential clients until the product demonstration phase. • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with interested prospects. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Proficiency in consistently engaging in high-volume outbound dialing activities, with a primary emphasis on building and nurturing relationships through extensive telephone interactions. • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. • Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
