📋 Description

• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on real performance; • Structure, optimize and scale acquisition campaigns; • Implement advanced tracking via GTM, GA4 and offline conversions; • Review clients' CRMs to understand lead quality and impact on sales; • Integrate media + funnel + sales; • Create analyses and dashboards in Looker Studio/Reportei; • Participate in strategic meetings with clients; • Monitor results and recommend funnel and process improvements; • Brief creatives, copy and video with a strategic perspective; • Build basic automations using Make or n8n; • Apply AI in day-to-day work to boost productivity and performance; • Work directly with the agency founder as the right hand of the growth operation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with paid traffic; • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously; • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; • Knowledge of GTM, GA4 and tracking; • Experience with offline conversions and CRM integration; • Strong analytical skills; • Good verbal and written communication; • Organization and self-management; • Familiarity with AI applied to marketing. • Differentials • Agency experience; • Experience with local niches (medical, legal, restaurants, etc.); • Knowledge of automation via Make/n8n; • Familiarity with CRMs (Pipedrive, RD Station, HubSpot); • Intermediate English; • Courses and certifications in performance/growth
