📋 Description

• Receive qualified leads and make the initial, human-centered contact • Provide support via WhatsApp and phone calls • Schedule initial consultations with the responsible attorneys • Organize client histories and information in the CRM • Conduct follow-up with clients under review • Assist in document organization according to internal protocols • Participate in strategic client service meetings • Suggest improvements for the commercial workflow and customer experience • Support future training of new service representatives as the firm expands

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized and proactive • Comfortable with customer service, sales, and client relationship management • Interest in professional growth and continuous learning • Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems • Previous experience in commercial customer service or sales • Experience in law firms or related areas • Genuine interest in specializing in public sector employment law
