Description

• Participate in enhancing and managing the administrative processes of the Market Access & External Affairs EMEA & LAC department • Support in management and monitoring of the department's budget and invoicing • Support in management and monitoring of the department's contractual relations • Support in management and monitoring of transparency declarations • Follow up of Legalisation of price certificates with Legal Team and Notary • Managing travels and travel expenses of the Market Access Director EMEA & LAC, and Organize Market Access team events

Requirements

• Good understanding of accounting • Solution-oriented • Rigorous in approach • Excellent interpersonal skills • Fluent English level • Strong skills in Excel • Knowledge in SAP software is a plus
