Description

• Contribute to the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to enhance our recruitment marketing platform. • Assist in creating automation systems that streamline operations and boost efficiency. • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and ML models. • Gain AI/ML Ops knowledge. • Improve our bidding algorithms through predictive modeling and deep learning techniques. • Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions. • Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning advancements, integrating them into our platform. • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our AI systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a portfolio showcasing successful AI projects. • Familiarity with the latest LLM technologies, fine-tuning, and understanding of the transformer architecture. • Proficient in Python and experience with AI frameworks, such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent. • Solid understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and deep learning architectures. • Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. • Good communicator and team player, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
