📋 Description

• Own the Modern Workplace roadmap, assess the current environment, and define transformation priorities • Lead the transition from SCCM to Microsoft Intune • Create modern device-management standards, governance models, and an intuitive employee experience • Shape endpoint management across Windows and macOS, including software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle strategies • Drive adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API scripting • Provide best-practice guidance to the wider IT Service team • Work closely with the Associate Director IT Service to shape the Modern Workplace function

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, or Workplace Engineering role • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune • Experience implementing or managing modern endpoint environments • Understanding of legacy and modern workplace technologies, including SCCM, cloud-based device management, and Microsoft 365 services • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows, macOS, Autopilot, patch management, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API • Ability and motivation to build and improve services • Willingness to share knowledge and influence workplace strategy
