📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a Key Account Management team • Overall responsibility for the portfolio’s revenue and growth targets • Further develop the strategic direction of the marketplace partner business • Manage and expand top partnerships • Build and optimize processes, standards, and playbooks • Leverage data-driven insights at the portfolio level • Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Retail Media, Operations, and Country Heads • Define growth initiatives based on market, competitor, and technology trends

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in a marketplace, platform, or e‑commerce environment • Initial leadership experience or a strong ability to guide and develop teams functionally • Proven success in strategic account development and driving revenue growth • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and confidence in data-driven decision making
