Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of Reddit's Experimentation Platform Team • Translate the statistical methodology of A/B Testing into scalable data pipelines that are flexible, debuggable, and fast • Enable the Experimentation Platform Team's mission to accelerate innovation and growth through actionable, opinionated, and trustworthy A/B testing

Requirements

• 4+ years experience working with large scale ETL systems (implementation, strategy, and maintenance). • 4+ years of post-grad, non-internship, professional experience building clean, maintainable, object-oriented code in a production environment. • Strong SQL language proficiency. • Proficiency working with an object-oriented programming language (Python preferred) in a production environment. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the company. • Preferred: Proficiency with Airflow (or similar data/ETL tools) in a production environment. • Preferred: Experience with large-scale database/data warehouse systems like Google BigQuery. • Preferred: Experience working with A/B testing at scale.
