📋 Description

• Retain and grow sales accounts across various verticals • Translate Red Hat’s sales strategy into relevant account-level strategy • Expand existing accounts and create new business opportunities • Deliver on the account strategy to increase performance and customer success • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals • Cultivate relationships across customer organizations • Engage partners to strengthen customer value proposition

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technology or software sales • Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Strategic orientation and value engineering skills • Ability to articulate the customer's business issues • Ability to cultivate long-term relationships • Proven experience selling complex IT solutions • Self-motivation, resilience, and results-driven approach • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SFDC • Fluent Dutch and English language skills • Willingness to travel as needed
