📋 Description

• First point of contact for questions about energy contracts, including payment installments, meter readings, data maintenance, invoices, and contracts • Provide information to residential customers by phone and in writing • Advise customers on tariffs and contracts • Deliver professional customer service for leading German energy and telecommunications companies

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience • Call center experience, preferably on an energy project • Experience in customer consulting and tariff advisory • Flexible and able to work across different tasks • Reliable and able to work independently on a full-time basis • Very good written and spoken German (C1 level) • Confident use of standard PC applications • Career changers are not accepted
