📋 Description

• Provide phone and written support to customers in the energy sector • Act as the point of contact for questions about contracts, tariffs, bills, payment installments, and meter readings • Process customer inquiries as part of customer service operations • Maintain and update customer data • Participate in training and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a call center, customer service, or customer care role • Ideally, experience working on an energy-sector project • Enjoy interacting with customers and providing advice by phone • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level) • Confident use of PC applications • Residence anywhere in Germany • Full-time or part-time work possible; this specific posting is seeking multiple full-time customer service representatives • Willingness to accept an initial six-month fixed-term contract
