📋 Description

• Provide telephone and written support to customers in the energy sector • Answer questions about contracts, tariffs, bills, advance payments, and meter readings • Handle customer inquiries as part of the customer service team • Maintain and update customer data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a call center, customer service, or customer care role • Experience working on an energy-sector project is preferred • Enjoy interacting with customers and providing advice by phone • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level) • Confident using PC applications • Professional experience preferred; career changers are also welcome
