Description

• Actively participates in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and implementation of various projects • Developing a deep understanding of business processes and how Salesforce enables stakeholders internally and externally • Apply critical thinking to understand and solve problems, make well thought-out decisions • Analyzes the impact of proposed solutions across the organization, develops use cases, and identifies barriers to change • Proposes solutions with empathy for users' needs, develops user stories, use cases, and functional specifications • Works with business relationship managers and discipline leads to enhance stakeholder experience and deliver enduring solutions • Establishes and cultivates relationships and open communication with stakeholders • Thoroughly documents work for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration, including technical documentation and process diagrams

Requirements

• At least three years working with the Salesforce platform as a business analyst, system administrator, or super user • At least two years supporting an organization larger than 250 employees in a business analysis or consultative capacity • Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform’s core features including Sales, Service, and Flow • Experience in closely partnering with business stakeholders to learn business processes, propose changes as per industry standards and best practices • Experience documenting and presenting visualizations that describe complex processes appropriately for the intended audience • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and technical requirements into business specifications for stakeholders • Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Experience working in an Agile environment • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification highly desirable
