âą The Regional Director for France will report to the VP Sales Europe. âą Drive overall penetration in the Clinical Solutions and EHE segment. âą Develop overall sales strategy together with sales management and segment commercial leadership. âą Work with product and marketing to develop and execute the go-to-market plan. âą Lead pricing efforts for the Clinical Solutions and EHE sales teams together with pricing authority. âą Define a clear and standardized, world-class go-to-market process together with product, marketing and sales. âą Support the overall M&A and partnership agenda for the Clinical Solutions and Health Education segments. âą Guide and inspire employees to set and agree objectives at the start of the year and continuously review performance against those objectives.
âą University degree or equivalent professional experience in fast-moving, progressive corporate environments (preferably in science, healthcare, or technology). âą Fluent in English. âą More than 5 years of sales experience in France, preferably in solutions selling. âą Additional experience in strategic consulting, marketing, or equivalent product management experience. âą Prior experience developing e-productâspecific business plans. âą Preferred experience managing teams, particularly in an international matrix environment, with a proven track record as an (informal) sales leader who builds trust, energizes teams and fosters strong collaboration.
