📋 Description

• Build a personal client portfolio and develop long-term relationships with companies across the APAC market • Identify and acquire new clients across the APAC region • Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers • Develop strategic partnerships with companies across industries • Generate business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound activities • Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement • Source, assess, and interview candidates • Present qualified candidates to clients • Manage offer negotiations and closing processes • Build and maintain talent pipelines within specialized markets • Develop expertise in selected industries and market segments • Monitor hiring trends and market developments • Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions • Contribute to the growth strategy of the APAC business

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within the tech industry • Experience in business development and client management • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Fluent English required • Experience within the APAC market
