📋 Description
• Own a portfolio of client accounts and drive revenue growth • Conduct regular client reviews and identify upsell opportunities • Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations • Resolve client escalations promptly and professionally • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
