📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders • Conduct regular account reviews and present performance updates • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in an account management or client success role • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working with CRM systems and reporting tools • A commercial mindset with a track record of account growth • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
