📋 Description

• Maintain CRM data quality, deduplication and segmentation • Build and maintain lists, workflows and automated sequences • Create dashboards and reports for sales and marketing • Support user setup, permissions and training • Manage integrations between the CRM and other systems • Document CRM processes and keep them current • Own the CRM for a UK business and keep data, automations and reports trustworthy • Work UK business hours from home as part of a South African team placed with established UK employers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho • Confident building workflows, lists and dashboards • Strong data hygiene habits including deduplication and validation • Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for imports and audits • Able to explain CRM processes clearly to non-technical users • Exposure to marketing automation or email platforms • Understanding of lead scoring or lifecycle stages • Experience with integration tools such as Zapier
