📋 Description
• Maintain and update core records with a high accuracy standard • Run regular data quality checks and fix what is wrong • Import, export and reconcile data between systems • Build routine reports for operations and management • Document processes so the work is repeatable • Flag data gaps and suggest practical fixes
🎯 Requirements
• Two or more years in data administration, data entry or a records role • Strong Excel skills including lookups, filters and pivot tables • Experience maintaining a database or CRM • A careful, methodical approach to accuracy and version control • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Exposure to basic SQL • Experience with Google Sheets automation • Familiarity with data protection practice
