📋 Description
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS • Support onboarding, including contracts and new-starter paperwork • Track absence, leave and other HR administration • Respond to routine employee queries • Help prepare HR reports for the wider team
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in an HR administration or HR support role • Familiarity with HRIS or similar HR software • Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Clear written English for policies and correspondence • Familiarity with UK employment documentation • Experience with absence management systems • Prior remote HR support experience
