📋 Description
• Handle inbound calls, web enquiries and live chat from interested customers • Qualify each enquiry and recommend the right product or package • Prepare and follow up on quotes until the customer decides • Keep the CRM accurate so the pipeline reflects reality • Hit monthly conversion targets without overselling • Share customer feedback with the marketing team
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with sales, telesales or a target-driven customer role • Confidence on the phone and clear, natural written English • Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce • The discipline to follow up properly rather than letting leads go cold • A quiet home workspace • Reliable computer • Stable fibre internet • A backup power solution for load shedding
