📋 Description

• Convert inbound enquiries into sales across phone, chat and email • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products • Process orders and payments accurately • Follow up on open quotes and unconverted enquiries • Record every interaction in the CRM • Handle inbound calls, chats and web enquiries from people who already have a need • Recommend the right option and close sales

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a sales or contact centre role with a conversion target • Confident spoken and written English • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce • Accuracy when handling order and payment details • A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection • Experience selling to UK customers (nice to have) • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (nice to have) • Upselling or cross-selling experience (nice to have)
