📋 Description

• Answer inbound sales calls, emails and chat enquiries • Recommend products that fit and explain pricing clearly • Convert enquiries into orders and process them accurately • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Keep the CRM up to date and follow up on open quotes • Own inbound sales enquiries from the first call through to a closed order • Understand customer needs and turn enquiries into orders • Join the client's existing team with a named UK manager, regular video check-ins and clear goals • Work Monday to Friday during UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in inbound sales, telesales or a sales-focused contact centre • Track record of hitting conversion or sales targets • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive • Confident, clear English on the phone and in writing • Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for UK hours • UK consumer or B2B sales experience (nice to have) • Experience selling over live chat (nice to have)
