📋 Description
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers • Understand customer needs and match them to the right product or service • Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into sales • Follow up with leads who haven't yet committed • Log all activity accurately in the CRM system • Meet daily and monthly conversion targets
🎯 Requirements
