📋 Description
• Own the commercial relationship with a defined portfolio of key accounts • Conduct strategic account reviews and develop account growth plans • Identify and convert upsell and expansion opportunities • Resolve escalated client issues quickly and professionally • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams to deliver for clients
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of key account management or strategic sales experience • Demonstrable track record of growing and retaining major accounts • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
