• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and wider business • Manage office communications including emails, phone calls and correspondence professionally • Maintain accurate filing systems, databases and administrative records • Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements for internal and external stakeholders • Process purchase orders, invoices and expense claims accurately and on time • Support onboarding of new team members and assist with general HR administration
• 2+ years of office administration or business administration experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
