• Coordinate daily operations, schedules and resource planning • Track orders, jobs and deliverables through to completion • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams • Maintain operational records, trackers and reporting • Spot bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in operations, logistics or project coordination • Strong organisation and ability to juggle competing priorities • Confidence with spreadsheets and operational systems • Clear written and spoken English • Reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
