📋 Description

• Post and refresh job adverts across job boards • Screen applications against the basic criteria • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication • Keep the ATS accurate and up to date • Prepare offer paperwork and right-to-work checks • Work independently while maintaining accuracy and follow-through • Participate in regular team check-ins and follow clear priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using an ATS such as Workable, Bullhorn or Manatal • Excellent diary and scheduling skills • Polished written English • Discretion with candidate data • Comfort juggling many open roles • Agency recruitment exposure (nice to have) • LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity (nice to have) • Basic POPIA or GDPR awareness (nice to have) • Ability to work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST) from home
