📋 Description

• Source candidates for RBT and BCBA positions using LinkedIn and Aploy • Identify and approach suitable candidates based on vacancy requirements • Conduct candidate outreach and consistent follow-up • Use SignalHire to find candidate contact information when required • Screen candidates against basic role requirements • Keep candidate information and recruitment activity organized and up to date • Manage multiple candidates and vacancies simultaneously • Work closely with the team to staff positions within required timelines • Assist with onboarding coordination when required • Support the wider recruitment team with additional sourcing and administrative tasks • Recruit healthcare professionals for US clients, primarily Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms • Experience with candidate outreach and follow-up • Good written and verbal English communication skills • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates • Good follow-through and ability to work independently • Willingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruitment processes • Comfortable using or learning LinkedIn, Aploy, SignalHire, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs/Google Workspace, email, and ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools • Basic computer skills, including navigating recruitment platforms, managing multiple systems, creating and editing documents, working with Excel and Google Sheets, managing email and candidate communication, and learning new software quickly • No previous ABA experience required; previous ABA recruitment experience is a bonus but not required
