📋 Description
• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting and sales data accuracy • Prepare quotes, proposals and contract paperwork • Coordinate the handover from sales to delivery • Track targets and produce weekly sales reports • Support the sales team with process and admin improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in sales support, sales operations or account administration • Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar) • Confidence with spreadsheets and reporting • Clear written and spoken English • Reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
