Description
• Develop and utilize in-depth knowledge of the ImpactCare and ImpactAdvocate programs to effectively support member engagement and enrollment • Make calls to prospective members and discuss the benefits of programs to determine which best suits their needs
Requirements
• Must have at least 1 year of outbound call and/or enrollment experience • Must have at least 1 year of experience selling a program or product to a consumer • Clinical experience and knowledge highly preferred
