📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in Mexico is growing and thriving • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships • Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals • Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software sales (2+ years experience), preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups with a SaaS product • Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of CRM tools, being able to use the data to identify trends • A passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector • Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere • A proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors • Based in Sao Paolo, with a strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
