📋 Description

• Lead the customer welcome and kickoff process after the sale is closed, aligning expectations and the implementation timeline • Perform the initial configuration of the Mobato System according to the customer’s profile and needs • Plan and deliver training sessions for key users • Monitor the customer’s initial system usage, identifying blockers and anticipating questions • Track and report Time to Value (TTV), implementation time, and initial adoption metrics • Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Technology teams to resolve technical obstacles • Document each customer’s onboarding process for subsequent use by the Customer Success team • Suggest improvements to training materials, checklists, and the onboarding workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • 1–2 years of prior experience in onboarding, system implementation, customer success, or technical customer support • Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to train users with varying levels of digital maturity • Ability to manage multiple customers or onboarding projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines • Consultative, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with a focus on TTV and adoption • Strong written communication skills for creating training materials, checklists, and status reports • Knowledge of the Mobato System • Experience with Customer Success or onboarding tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Pipefy, or similar platforms • Experience with training and webinar platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Loom • Knowledge of automotive DMS platforms such as Linx, Dealernet, and NBS; integration experience is a significant advantage • Experience with CRM or customer-tracking tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or an internal Customer Success system • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience in the automotive or B2B SaaS sectors is a plus • Experience with DMS platforms such as Linx, Dealernet, or NBS is a plus • Knowledge of Customer Success methodologies and onboarding frameworks is a plus • Experience creating training content is a plus
