Description
• Drive strategic planning processes and performance management systems • Collaborate with senior leadership, staff, and external partners • Facilitate senior leadership retreats and create reporting dashboards • Optimize strategic planning process and performance measurement system • Develop and maintain performance management framework • Create visually compelling performance dashboards and reports • Evaluate and enhance organizational systems and processes • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
• 10+ years of work experience in planning, performance management, or related fields • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Skill in defining and selecting appropriate performance metrics • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
