Description

• Develop and implement strategies to scale the organization’s email and SMS programs • Manage the lifecycle of consumer audiences • Analyze user data and build audience segments • Create engaging digital journeys • Coordinate with design and editorial teams • Create a testing roadmap and metrics-based approach for push campaigns • Continually optimize journeys to conversion-based KPIs • Design and deploy A/B tests to understand user motivations • Work with product teams to understand user needs and inform engagement approach

Requirements

• Strong commitment to the mission and goals of Rewiring America • 5+ years of B2C retention marketing experience • Deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey building • Experience with Looker, Amplitude, and basic HTML editing • Passion for customer-centric marketing • Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data insights into growth plans • Ability to think creatively and take action
