🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of Recruitment Experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and team members effectively. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
