📋 Description

• Act as the engine behind the candidate pipeline, handling sourcing and qualification so the Director can focus on client relationships, offer management and business development • Work across 3-5 live vacancies at a time • Conduct high-volume, targeted LinkedIn searches, messaging and relationship building • Identify candidates and conduct initial outreach across multiple platforms • Conduct screening and qualification calls against detailed vacancy briefs • Compile and present clear, well-structured candidate shortlists • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process • Send job descriptions, manage email correspondence and complete general recruitment administration • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate logistics • Conduct professional video and phone-based candidate interviews • Take on elements of client liaison for processes already in motion over time • Manage the candidate pipeline in the initial 180 recruitment model and hand candidates to the Director when ready to present

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a UK recruitment environment, either in-house, agency or as part of a remote team servicing UK clients • Strong working knowledge of the UK job market, UK candidates and UK hiring expectations • Excellent LinkedIn sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn search • Clear, confident and professional English communication, both written and verbal • Strong screening instincts and ability to assess candidate suitability • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication • Highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple vacancies independently without close supervision • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Quality headset and suitable home working setup • Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and video calls • Comfortable working standard UK-aligned business hours (8:00am - 4:30pm SA time, Monday to Friday) • Desirable: background in sales recruitment or recruiting field-based sales professionals • Desirable: experience across FMCG, food service, finance or property • Desirable: familiarity with UK job boards, ATS systems and VoIP or WhatsApp-based calling • Desirable: prior experience in a small or boutique consultancy alongside a senior recruiter
