📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through to candidate placement • Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and candidate profiles • Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, recruitment databases and other relevant sourcing platforms • Review and screen applications and assess candidates against role requirements • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, communication abilities and overall suitability • Present suitable candidates to hiring managers or clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, interview scheduling and recruitment updates • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System • Manage multiple active vacancies and prioritise recruitment activities effectively • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar recruitment role • Previous experience recruiting within the healthcare industry is highly preferred • Proven experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, recruitment databases and other sourcing platforms • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software, such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, or similar ATS platforms • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach • Experience using Indeed Employer or similar job advertising platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for email, documents, spreadsheets, and reporting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
