📋 Description

• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and hiring managers • Keep the ATS accurate and pipelines up to date • Prepare candidate packs and interview confirmations • Run right-to-work and reference checks • Support onboarding paperwork for new starters • Keep candidates updated at every stage • Coordinate with a UK recruitment team while working UK hours

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in recruitment administration or busy scheduling • Experience with an ATS such as Workable, Bullhorn or Greenhouse • Confident, warm written English with candidates • Comfortable juggling multiple diaries across time zones • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Exposure to UK right-to-work checks (nice to have) • Experience in an agency environment (nice to have) • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter (nice to have)
