📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and place Speech Therapists and other specialized educational professionals into school-based roles within the United States • Execute proactive talent acquisition and actively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional associations, and niche groups • Create and manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms • Use social media to build a personal brand and engage therapy and educational communities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including pre-screening interviews and candidate qualification • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through submission • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates • Communicate professionally and persuasively in alignment with the US client's culture

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in South Africa • Must be available to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM SAST • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within allied health, therapy, or education sectors • Proactive “hunter” mindset for identifying passive talent • Skilled in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media tools • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to build rapport with US-based professionals
