📋 Description
• Work as a Freelance Recruiter in partnership with the RHF Talentos team • Conduct recruitment and selection for high-volume positions • Identify and approach candidates promptly • Submit suitable candidate profiles daily • Meet delivery SLAs within 2 days • Work toward targets and deadlines during business hours
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection, particularly for high-volume positions • Ability to identify and approach candidates quickly • Proven experience with high-volume recruiting • Short SLA — submissions within 2 days • Daily delivery of suitable candidate profiles • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proactivity and a sense of urgency • Availability to work during business hours • Ability to work with targets and deadlines • Must have an active company registration number (CNPJ) to issue invoices • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
