📋 Description

• Configure and enhance recruiting and onboarding processes • Connect the candidate journey to the hiring processes • Integrate with Employee Central • Configure XML templates for Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, and Application • Structure the recruiting funnel using Candidate Status Set • Apply Business Rules to the recruiting process • Configure Onboarding 2.0 processes using Process Variant Manager and BTP • Implement Custom Data Collection and Document Generation • Map fields during hiring across the RCM ➜ ONB ➜ Employee Central integration • Manage Candidate Experience and offer approval workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 • Experience configuring XML templates for Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, and Application • Experience with Candidate Status Set and structuring the recruiting funnel • Knowledge of Business Rules applied to the recruiting process • Basic knowledge of Recruiting Marketing (RMK) • Knowledge of the integration between RCM and RMK through Career Site Builder (CSB) • Strong proficiency in configuring Onboarding 2.0 processes using Process Variant Manager and BTP • Experience with Custom Data Collection and Document Generation • Strong knowledge of the RCM ➜ ONB ➜ Employee Central integration, including field mapping during hiring • Experience with Candidate Experience (CX) and offer approval workflows (Offer Approvals) • Knowledge of compliance and data-related impacts in the hiring process • SAP Certified Application Associate – Recruiting Management / Onboarding certification • Experience with background check integrations • Experience with electronic signature solutions such as DocuSign or SAP Signature Management
