📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment processes for roles at different levels and across various industries. • Define sourcing and talent-hunting strategies. • Perform proactive sourcing for strategic and specialized positions. • Maintain and organize the talent pool. • Prepare reports, candidate assessments, and technical feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection (consulting experience is a plus). • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.). • Strong competency-based interviewing skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset. • Active company registration (CNPJ) to work independently. • Availability for remote work. • Laptop or computer in excellent working condition. • Mobile phone. • Installed and fully functional Microsoft Office suite. • Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional workspace. • Technical education or certification. • Background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is a plus. • Experience with strategic and high-volume hiring is a plus.
