📋 Description

• Provide support to prospective customers by phone, WhatsApp, and email, presenting the school’s courses and teaching methodology • Manage the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, and enrollment closing • Develop strategies to attract new students, including B2B partnerships with companies in the region • Keep the CRM/internal system up to date with contact history and sales funnel information • Ensure the retention of current students through post-sales support and participate in reenrollment campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated previous experience in sales, including outbound sales, prospecting, and closing • Previous experience selling services, preferably in the education or language-learning sector (a strong advantage) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities • Goal-oriented, resilient when handling objections, and highly energetic • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ease with CRM systems • High school diploma
