📋 Description

• Work directly to reduce occupancy costs and improve the financial health of stores through impact analyses (monthly/annual savings); • Structure and monitor the budget, controlling inflows and outflows and ensuring forecast accuracy; • Manage lease contracts, condominium fees, promotion funds and other obligations, providing strategic support for renegotiations; • Build and manage performance indicators (KPIs) using management dashboards to support decision-making; • Interface with shopping centers, landlords and external partners, as well as manage third-party negotiators; • Ensure strict execution of all contractual obligations and deadlines for store units; • Actively collaborate with Expansion, Legal and Finance teams to improve processes and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Management or related fields; • Proven experience in Real Estate Management, preferably in retail and with work in shopping centers; • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI; • Strong background in budget control, financial metrics and contract management; • Analytical, organized and proactive profile with the ability to structure processes and propose improvements; • Availability for occasional external visits (specific negotiations at shopping centers); • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 to 3 days per week) at the head office in the Butantã area – São Paulo.
