📋 Description

• Define the technology vision and translate emerging technology trends into customer-focused products • Own the technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven impact criteria • Lead C-level sales discussions independently and communicate technical value propositions • Identify customer use cases and develop them into profitable business models • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders and CEO, helping shape the company’s strategic direction • Establish and analyze KPIs and derive next steps • Take a hands-on approach to implementing ideas while leading the team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a comparable role within the FinTech or banking sector • Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs (REST, GraphQL), and AI/ML stacks • Proven experience in C-level technology sales and business development • Fluent German and English skills (C1 level) • Hands-on mindset: you implement ideas yourself while leading the team • Industry expertise in banking and FinTech • Willingness to engage in customer-focused communication with senior decision-makers
