📋 Description

• Own and manage the Chemical Management product backlog • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements • Create user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams to define priorities • Partner with engineering teams on solution design, feasibility assessments, and architectural discussions • Review and validate delivered functionality, providing acceptance feedback • Support product roadmap planning and continuous product improvements • Contribute to strategic modernization and product re-architecture initiatives • Act as the bridge between Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams • Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities and actionable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a B2B software environment • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts • Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value • Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions (nice to have) • Experience supporting software modernization or re-architecture programs (nice to have) • Exposure to regulated, compliance-driven, or governance-focused applications (nice to have) • Familiarity with regulatory compliance workflows and environments (nice to have) • Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation (nice to have)
